THE RACE

The shortest competitive distance of the event, yet one that will lead you to discover the experience of running at altitude with the imposing Aconcagua as your companion.

Starting at the Horcones Plateau, the gateway to Aconcagua, and finishing at Penitentes Plaza, this point-to-point race is ideal for runners who are new to trail running and looking to add a level of challenge before moving up to longer distances. It doesn’t present major technical difficulty, but the altitude will put your body to the test.
